The Brasil Espresso Hell from Hoppenworth & Ploch is a single Origin Espresso from 100 % Arabica beans from Brazil. It is classic in taste, but still bright in roasting. In the cup, the Brasil Espresso captivates brightly with a delicious, nutty-chocolate base and a pleasant sweetness. His great character will inspire most coffee and espresso fans. Whether enjoyed black as an espresso or with milk or herbal alternatives to a creamy cappuccino or delicious latte macchiato, the Brasil Espresso Light is versatile and adapts to every taste.
Hoppenworth & Ploch is an up-and-coming coffee roaster from Frankfurt, which is committed to the processing of high-quality coffee and supports a sustainable, fair and friendly food and gastronomy world. When roasting the coffee, the Frankfurter attaches particular importance to emphasize the unique flavors and characteristic properties of the raw coffee. Hoppenworth & Ploch makes it clear that roasting is only the last step in a long process that begins in the country of origin and is shaped by careful cultivation and a good preparation of the coffee beans. It must also be roasted carefully in order to meet the quality requirements and the work already done.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
