Description

The enthusiasm for the "made in Italy" concept combines with the biological cultivation of coffee beans in Peru, India and Tanzania! The Moak Bio Espresso is characterized by a strong mix of 50 % Arabica beans and 50 % robusta beans. Aromatic nuances of cocoa and nuts are a harmonious connection. The subtle and delicate acids transform this roasted coffee into a creamy-intensive taste experience.
The carefully selected beans for the Kimbo Espresso are fully obtained from organic cultivation and also bear the Fairtrade certificate, which guarantees fair trade conditions. The organic aroma mixture of the Kimbo roasted coffee consists of 90 %, from Arabica beans, supplemented by 10 % robusta beans from India. A careful and light roasting creates an unmistakable, full -bodied taste. This is enriched by an intensive, floral aroma with a shade of almonds and a hint of exotic spices - an unforgettable taste experience that is difficult to resist.
The exquisite coffee mix, which is composed of a composition of 80 % Arabica and 20 % Robusta beans, is grown exclusively in ecological agricultural regions in Honduras, Nicaragua and Tanzania. The Martella family takes over the selection of the beans with great care and uses traditional roasting methods to ensure the outstanding quality of this organic coffee mixture. This gives the roasted coffee its characteristic, sweet and mild taste with notes of chocolate and lemon.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.
