Description


Baking your own brown bread isn't difficult at all. At least not if it's Bauckhof black bread. You just add water and yeast to the brown bread baking mix, then the bread practically bakes itself and is so hearty and simply delicious. Because Bauckhof black bread contains over 40% seeds: lots of sunflower seeds, combined with crushed and whole linseed. A buckwheat sourdough provides the typical black bread taste. The basis of the bread is Bauckhof's whole grain rice flour. This ensures that this brown bread is gluten-free.

Product Safety
Baking mix for gluten-free rice bread in the style of brown bread.
Preparation
1. Mix the contents of the package with 1 packet of dry yeast.
2. Add 350 ml lukewarm water. (Fresh yeast: Please dissolve 1/2 cube in the lukewarm water first.)
3. Knead intensively for about 5 minutes using a hand mixer or a food processor with a dough hook.
4. Place the dough in a greased 25 loaf pan.
5. Smooth the dough in the loaf pan from above with plenty of water and then brush with oil.
Score in the middle with a spatula or knife dipped in oil.
6. Cover with foil and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
7. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 225°C top and bottom heat for approx. 50 minutes.
8. After baking, take the bread out of the loaf pan straight away and let it cool well on a wire rack before slicing.
In the bread maker: First add 350 ml of lukewarm water, then the brown bread mixture and 1 packet of dry yeast into the baking container. If possible, bake in the quick program on the “dark” level. During the kneading process, use a dough scraper to remove the dough from the edges 2-3 times so that it mixes optimally.
