Description


Ideal for refining the taste of bread and rolls: mild organic sourdough extract, obtained in a multi-stage ripening process from whole grain rye flour and starter cultures. The rye for the vegan Alnatura sourdough extract comes from organic farming; the extract is sufficient for one kilogram of flour. Since sourdough extract alone has no driving force, supplement the dough with dry yeast.

Storage and usage conditions
Please store in a dry place and protect from heat.
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough for approx. 5 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes and then knead well. Put it in a mold and let it rise for another 25 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 °C for 20 minutes and bake at 200 °C for 40 - 50 minutes.
