    What is propolis?
    Propolis is considered one of the most important substances for bees, along with honey, pollen and royal jelly. The worker bees collect the substance, which consists predominantly of resin and wax, and bring it into their hive. The hive bees take the propolis from the worker bees and use it to insulate the hive, seal cracks and use the propolis to create a kind of doormat at the entrance to the hive. To keep the hive clean and sterile and keep other insects and bacteria away, the bees not only narrow the entrance holes with the propolis, they also seal the entire hive with it. Only the bees can walk over the propolis with their sensitive legs without any problems; all other insects would remain stuck in the sticky substance. The bees not only use the propolis against foreign intruders, but above all serves as protection for the hive and the bee colony.

    Distilled water, propolis extract (10%)
    Recommended consumption
    For skin care: Affected areas as needed 2-3 times a day with max. Sprinkle 5 drops on top. As oral care: Drizzle the affected area in the mouth and throat area with a maximum of 5 drops from the pipette 1-3 times a day or gargle with water.
