Summary

Commissioning: 1. Open the battery compartment, 2. Remove the red plastic strip, behind it are the batteries. 3. Close the flap of the subject correctly. Switch it on with the on/off switch on the back of the donor. Place the device on the shelf. 4. Remove the safety seal from the ground cover of the Sagrotan No-Touch refiller and press the refill bottle into the donor until it clicks on audibly. 5. Hold your hands under the donor opening - the soap is dosed automatically. When used for the first time, you may have to repeat this process several times.

Description

The Sagrotan No Touch soap dispenser and refill lots blossom and chamomile is simple and practical to use. The integrated movement sensor recognizes the hands and automatically doses the optimal amount of hand soap. It is therefore ideal for the kitchen and bathroom. The liquid soap is gently to the skin and strong against bacteria. It leaves a smooth skin feeling and offers daily protection. Free of mineral oils and silicones.

Product Safety

• Store outside the range of children, except under the supervision of an adult. • Not used for children under 3 years. • Use only alkali batteries. • Do not mix old batteries, batteries of different brands or differences. • The batteries must be properly inserted, taking into account the + / - poles. • Replace empty batteries with a new set of 2 AA batteries. • The batteries must not be exposed to water, fire and high temperature. • Avoid causing short circuits. • Lower batteries must be removed immediately, the battery fluid leaked out must be removed. • If the device is not used for a longer period of time, the batteries are to be removed. • Batteries included: 0% HG / 0% CD / 0% PB.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
