The pH 4.5 Color Freeze Silver Shampoo by Schwarzkopf Professional has been specially formulated for cool shades. The pigmented shampoo effectively neutralizes unwanted warm undertones in the hair and thereby preserves cool nuances and revitalizes them with every hair wash . In addition, the Schwarzkopf Professional pH 4.5 Color Freeze Silver Shampoo is formulated with a pH of 4.5. As a result, it brings the hair and scalp back into balance, so that they are better protected against harmful external influences. The neutral pH value also helps to trap the color pigments deep inside the hair, so that the risk of the hair color fading early is reduced. Free of harmful ingredients The Schwarzkopf Professional pH 4.5 Color Freeze Silver Shampoo is characterized by its particularly mild and compatible formula. It does not contain sulfates, SLS or SLES and is also free of silicones, parabens and artificial dyes . Last but not least, the shampoo was formulated without animal ingredients, so it is vegan. Through regular use can achieve up to 90 percent color fastness for up to 30 hair washes . Put the shampoo on wet hair, lather it thoroughly, and then rinse it carefully under running water.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
