Use: We use rice as the base for our gluten-free pizza dough. It is naturally gluten-free. Our millers grind the rice grains directly in our Bauckhof mill, using great craftsmanship, to produce rice flour. We control the gluten-free quality with extensive analyses in our mill laboratory. This product is registered with the German Celiac Society. Our gluten-free pizza dough behaves slightly differently during baking than pizza dough made from wheat. The dough is slightly moister and slightly sticky. This keeps the pizza base moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Notes: GMO-free, no flavoring, no synthetic preservatives, no white sugar, purely plant-based. - With the gluten-free Bauckhof pizza dough you can easily conjure up an onion tart: 1 kg diced onions, 100 ml crème fraîche, 100 ml cream, 1/2 teaspoon ground caraway, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 2 eggs. Sauté the onions in a pan until soft. Let cool. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and mix with the onions. Prepare the dough and roll it out. Spread the mixture on the dough and bake at 220°C for approx. 20 minutes. Enjoy!
