Use: We use rice as the base for our gluten-free pizza dough. It is naturally gluten-free. Our millers grind the rice grains into rice flour directly in our Bauckhof mill with great craftsmanship. We control the gluten-free quality with extensive analyses in our mill laboratory. This product is registered with the German Celiac Society. Our gluten-free pizza dough behaves slightly differently during baking than pizza dough made from wheat. The dough is slightly moister and slightly sticky. This keeps the pizza base moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.
