Description
About the candle: In turquoise and green tones, the Kamalo scented candle is the ideal decorative item for summer houses. The baobab is first printed on biodegradable film with organic pigments. Then the film is attached to the glass using a warm-up method. The heat causes it to adhere to the material and retain a certain degree of transparency. About the scent: Verbena - Lavender - Cedarwood: The scent of the Kamalo scented candle includes very beautiful Hesperid notes. Verbena is revealed as a top note, giving way to floral lavender and dry cedarwood. A woody heart note skilfully rounds off this light summer scent. About the Sacred Trees Limited Edition: Baobab has long had a desire to work to protect baobabs worldwide and the Belgian company is proud of our collaboration with the Cœur Vert Foundation, for which Baobab created the Sacred Trees collection. The “Cœur Vert” Foundation is committed to protecting the environment and its main activity is reforestation through an action called “The Great Green Wall of Africa”. The organization is accredited by the UN and recognized and supported by the Government of Ivory Coast.

The Sacred Trees scented candle collection is available in three colors and is decorated with a drawing of baobabs made exclusively for Baobab by Uniwax. 5% of sales from this collection go to the Cœur Vert Foundation. With this money collected, Baobab can take part in the reforestation program in the north of Ivory Coast. We start with the region of Worodougou. The reforestation program will begin in the summer of 2023 and thanks to the funding, 10,000 baobabs will initially be planted and then a vegetable garden will be created near the village of Kani to promote the emancipation of women in rural communities and improve their social class. The Belgian company christens this vegetable garden “The Garden of the Baobab Collection”. About using the candle: Always let the candle burn until its surface is completely liquid. This step can be long, especially when lighting for the very first time. Once the wax is completely liquid, you can let the candle burn for a maximum of an hour. The layer of liquid wax should never be higher than one centimeter.

Never exceed the maximum burning time stated on the information label or allow it to burn to the end. Systematically keep one centimeter of wax free at the bottom. For more details on safety instructions, see The Art of Distilling page. About the Baobab brand: Baobab scented candles stand out as a luxurious, very sensual furnishing accessory. The scents are outstandingly composed down to the last detail, the colors shine and, in combination with the glass design of the candles, create a top-class visual accent, the glass flatters the hands. The brand-typical baobab bow gives the handcraft an additional, elegant touch. All in all, it is a luxurious, incomparable scented candle with a love for the product history. Material and ingredients are selected due to their high quality and ecological considerations. This includes the fragrances, of course, but also the non-oily waxes, the Egyptian cotton wicks and the elegant, black packaging. Baobab scented candles celebrate worldwide success and are among the most exquisite options for scent
