Whether it's cuts or skin conditions like acne, dermatitis and psoriasis, organic tea tree oil proves to be a remarkable miracle cure with antiseptic action that can create relief or even healing. In our natural soap "Tea Tree" we want to use this impressive property and combine it with a basic formula of organic coconut, olive, palm kernel, herbal and jojoba oils. This combination not only gives the soap its special effectiveness, but also an individual and natural spice fragrance. Once enchanted by this fragrance, you will never want to be without it.

In addition to the positive properties for skin problems and injuries, the soap is characterised by its biodegradability. We attach great importance to environmentally friendly products. Nevertheless, it is advisable to avoid washing with soap in lakes, rivers or in the sea. Even a small amount of soap can change the pH of the water and affect the habitat of millions of living things. Environmental protection is important to us, and therefore we recommend keeping a distance of at least 60 metres from the nearest water when washing with our soap. This allows the soapy water to be filtered by the soil and rock before it enters the water sources. In this way, we all contribute to protecting nature and its diverse ecosystems.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
