The innovative More-way ventilation system ensures perfect ventilation and unparalleled air permeability.

Horizontal and vertical air ducts pass through the tread edges over the entire mattress. The special construction of the ventilation system allows air to escape over the entire surface of the mattress as much as possible.

The ventilated safety tread edges reliably support your child during their first standing attempts.

The cover is made of high-quality multifunctional fabric "sleep safety". Thanks to the integrated moisture protection, air impermeable pads can be avoided as moisture on the surface is stopped and cannot penetrate the mattress core. The cover remains fully breathable.

The Tencel fibre processed in the cover is obtained from wood using an environmentally friendly process. Tencel absorbs up to 130% more moisture than cotton, ensuring a dry and hygienic place to sleep naturally.

The mattress can be washed at approx. 12 kg body weight can be turned from the baby to the toddler side. As a result, the spine is optimally relieved by pressure at all times and nothing stands in the way of optimal recovery.

Regular, strict quality controls are a matter of course at Träumeland. This is checked and confirmed by independent testing institutes.

The entire mattress is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified (test number 47693), as well as tested for antimony and harmful substances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
