    Aurica ribwort herb tea is the ideal help for bronchitis, colds and other respiratory diseases that are accompanied by coughs, sore throats and inflammation in the mouth and throat. It consists of the dried above-ground plant parts of the ribwort plantain “Plantago lanceolata”.

    As a tea infusion for drinking, rinsing or gargling, these relieve inflammation, calm the urge to cough, loosen stubborn mucus in the airways and thus make it easier to cough up. But when used externally, ribwort plantain also has an anti-irritant and germicidal effect.
    For insect bites, neurodermatitis or small wounds, compresses with Aurica plantain herb tea can improve wound healing, alleviate itching and allow inflammation to subside more quickly.
    Medicinally active ingredient: ribwort plantain herb

    Unless otherwise prescribed, for catarrh of the respiratory tract, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 3 - 4 times a day: 2 teaspoons of ribwort plantain herb (approx. 1.4 g). Pour boiling water (approx. 150 g) over it and let it steep for about 10 - 15 minutes.
    For rinsing or gargling as well as for preparing poultices, a cold extract is prepared 3 - 4 times daily as follows in the specified amount or the required multiple: 2 teaspoons of ribwort plantain herb (approx. 1.4 g) with cold water (approx. 150 ml) and let stand for 1 - 2 hours, stirring several times.
    In the case of acute symptoms that last longer than 1 week or recur periodically, we recommend consulting a doctor.
