Description
The Arabica beans for the Ethiopia Guji of wild coffee come from the growing areas of Uraga and Oromia. After harvesting, the beans are wet processed and roasted by wild coffee of medium strength. This gives the beans their wonderful aroma. In terms of taste, the Ethiopian Guji presents itself fruity and floral, characterized by notes of stone fruit. The growing regions of Uraga and Oromia are home and livelihood for a total of about 400 farmer families. These cultivate coffee bushes on small areas of about one hectare each. The coffee cherries of the Bourbon variety for the Ethiopia Guji are grown at altitudes of about 2,200 m. There the coffee bushes grow under shady trees at medium temperatures of 28 ° C by day and 15 ° C by night.
