    Aspirin Plus C is a painkiller, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drug (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug/analgesic). Please note the information for children and young people (see section 2 “Children and young people”).

    Always take Aspirin Plus C exactly according to the instructions in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

    Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
    Before taking, dissolve the effervescent tablets completely in a glass of water and drink the entire glass immediately. You should not take the dissolved effervescent tablets on an empty stomach.


    If necessary, the single dose can be taken at intervals of 4-8 hours up to 3 times a day.
    However, the total daily dose must not be exceeded.
    Do not take Aspirin Plus C for longer than 4 days without medical or dental advice.


    Ringing in the ears (tinnitus), hearing impairment, sweating, nausea, vomiting, headaches and dizziness can be signs of serious poisoning, especially in children and older patients. If you suspect an overdose with Aspirin Plus C, please notify your doctor immediately. This can decide on the measures that may be necessary depending on the severity of an overdose/poisoning.
