Always wash your hands before use. Before each application, take the protective cap from the tip of the tube.

tend your head slightly back. Carefully pull your lower eyelid down with a finger of the free hand. Keep the tube down vertically over your eye with the drip tip. Press the tube together slightly to drop a drop of gel into the eye.

Rush the protective cap back onto the tube after each application. Then close the eye and slowly move it in all directions. Blink to distribute the gel drop as well as possible on the surface of the eye.

Product Safety

When using Artelac® Nighttime gel with contact lenses, these must be removed and can be used again 15 minutes after application. Which is why the product is preferred overnight. When using during the day, wait until you can see clearly again before operating machines or participating in road traffic.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
