Aquaphor promotes the formation of a physiological skin regeneration environment, a kind of protective shield, in order to improve the barrier function of the skin. This is achieved due to the water vapor-permeable (semi-occlusive) formula, which forms a protective film on the skin and prevents possible stagnation of moisture. In addition, the repair cream with the active ingredients panthenol and bisabolol has a calming effect on irritated skin. The effectiveness and skin compatibility of the fat cream in connection with dermatological treatments in scientific studies have been proven. The ointment is ideal as a skin care for xerosis and for stressed, dry skin or as a hand cream for stressed skin, e.g. by frequent hand washing at work. Eucerin Aquaphor is also gentle on sensitive baby skin and is suitable as a baby cream, for example in the cold or as a diaper cream. The fat ointment has a low irritation potential, as it contains only 7 selected ingredients and is therefore very well tolerated. Eucerin Aquaphor Repair Ointment intensively protects and nourishes even extremely dry, cracked and irritated skin and supports the regeneration of the skin. It is suitable for skin care and protection of heavily stressed skin, e.g. after dermatological treatments, in wind or cold, as an intensive hand cream and for stress caused by sports. Application: The ointment is applied several times a day, if necessary. Recommended duration of use: at least 3 days. Do not apply to open, bleeding or oozing wounds. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
