Brightening toner with a particularly gentle formula The NMF Lactic Toner by Pestle & Mortar unfolds a brightening effect, moisturizes the skin and helps it to regain its natural radiance. With a complementary pH of 3.8 and a free acid value of 5.34 percent, the formula is also ideal for sensitive skin. Gooseberry extract and black tea refine the gentle formula in which the lactic acid can optimally develop its strength thanks to the low pH value - for an even skin tone and optimally moisturized, radiant skin. By the way: The value of free acid is the percentage of acid that can actually be absorbed by the skin! In order for a product to have a regenerating effect, this value should be at least 4 percent. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
