The toys of the anbac-toys series are already 100 per cent germ-free after eight hours.

By contrast, bacteria can still be found on all other synthetic materials for up to 24 hours.

The anbac toys consist of an innovative combination of wood and synthetic materials.

This has the dual purpose of an accelerated anti-bacterial effect and sustainable manufacturing - in this combination and with this effect, it is an absolute world first.

Anbac toys have a true-to-life, inimitable woody smell of the fibres, which have been derived from the heart of the pine stem.

The share of wood in “anbac toys” is gained from valuable by-products of the wood production process -o additional material is required which is especially environmentally friendly.

During manufacturing, when compared to manufacturing with purely synthetic materials, up to 70 per cent crude oil is saved.

This contribution to pollution control was rewarded with the so-called "Grüne Punkt".

To start with, the “anbac toys” toy series will be exhibited at the international toy fair 2013 in the form of an eight-part stackable cup set.

However, the range of additional toys is broadly based, and theumber of possible variations is great.

The pioneering anbac toys products are available commercially in April 2013.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
