The Arabica beans convince with a special fruity note, which does not become too strong with subtle acidity. This is balanced by the light bitter substances of the Robusta bean, which ensures an aromatic-mild overall result. A selection of the finest aromas for light espresso enjoyment Careful Composition The beans used are all fairtrade certified and also meet the high standards of the European organic seal. Carefully selected by special producers and processed at Alps Coffee Schreyögg with the highest quality, this roasting offers the ideal conditions for an espresso or coffee specialties such as a cappuccino. The traditional roaster from South Tyrol has been gently preparing coffee beans with the drum method since 1890 and thus creates intense coffee enjoyment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Honest Forwarder uses Telr payment gateway with the track record and presence in UAE to offer you a safe and secure way of paying using either your Mastercard or Visa.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.

Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
