How Alfason Repair restores the skin barrier The Alfason Repair special cream is very rich and supplies the skin with the three important skin-identical barrier lipids (ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids) in order to preserve and support the skin's natural protective mechanisms and its ability to regenerate. The addition of glycerin also increases the moisture content of the skin.
