The Active Shampoo A2 - Oily Scalp from Alpecin is tailored to the needs of scalps that become greasy quickly and ensures that the
overproducing sebaceous glands regain their natural balance
. This can specifically prevent rapid re-greasing. The skin activator contained in the shampoo also enables the skin to stabilize and maintain its barrier function. It also protects the hair roots and ensures strong hair. But that's not all: the hair wash also contains bisabolol, which soothes the skin and prevents unpleasant itching. Furthermore, allantoin protects against inflammatory processes and provides calming for easily irritable and sensitive scalps. The shampoo also contains caffeine, which strengthens the skin barrier and activates the regeneration of the skin, thus protecting it against external influences.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
