The teapots and glasses we developed not only have a particularly attractive look, but also shine with their functional shape: with the Spring teapot, the tea is prepared exactly in portions. This prevents cold or poorly drawn tea and perfects the multiple infusion of high-quality tea. Thoughtful details such as the permanent filter integrated as a metal spiral, the elegant shapes and the production of high-quality borosilicate glass by hand, are an expression of the high quality understanding at Dimono. The teapot offered here has a maximum capacity of 1500 ml and has been specially developed for the preparation of black, green or white tea. Thanks to the integrated permanent tea strainer (removable metal spiral) and optional glass tea filter, the perfect drawing point is always achieved and the multiple pulling of high-quality tea is perfected. Made from mouth-blown and handmade borosilicate they are extremely heat resistant. So even sudden temperature changes are no problem. The glass is durable, scratch-resistant and very light. CLASSIC PREPARATION The modern setting of a traditional Chinese teapot. Perfect for infusing high-quality teas multiple times. Tea strainer insert: thanks to the tea strainer, the tea can be poured several times and filled without suspended fabric. Borosilicate glass: the special glass used is extremely heat resistant. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
