Adjustable: yes for babies from 3.6 kg to 14.5 kg. Closure type: buckle closure. Care & cleaning: machine wash. Warning: not observing the manufacturer's instructions can lead to death or serious injury. Read all instructions for assembly and use of the baby carrier. Keep and read the instructions before trying new carrying positions. The carrier seat is not intended for the outward carrying position of the baby. Always hold one hand on the baby when adjusting the collection of the carrying seat. Never use if balance or mobility is impaired. Drop and choking hazard fall risk: infants can fall out of the wear due to a too wide leg opening. Adjust leg openings so that the baby's legs fit well before each use, ensure that all knots and fasteners sit securely not in the waist, but in the knees only bend for infants between 3, 6 kg and 14, 5 kg use choking hazard: babies can choke in this product if the face is firmly pressed against the body. Infant do not too tight to the body. Buckle room for head movements. Keep the baby's face free of obstacles at all times. Care instructions: Machine wash cold, separately, on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not want to wipe lead between machine washes with a cloth or sponge. Drip only. Do not iron.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
