Description

PROBLEM SOLUTIONS: No coffee flows out of machine? Please check the coffee powder in the capsule after use, if the ground coffee is still dry, no water gets into the capsule at all, the capsule was not inserted exactly enough. In this case, you only need to position the capsule correctly: - The pin of the machine lowers when closing the lever, must enter directly into the small hole in the black silicone lid so that hot water can flow into the capsule when the brewing process is started. - If the capsule is not positioned correctly, the pen of the machine is only pressed into the silicone lid, it builds up pressure and the machine stops. - The machine or pen cannot be damaged. Wait 1-2 minutes for the pressure in the machine to fall off before opening the lever. Adjust the position of the capsule using the markings on the silicone lid. If the coffee runs out of the machine very slowly and under high pressure, the coffee is ground too fine. Fill the capsule only up to the measuring line, do not press the coffee and then place the Crema filter on the coffee powder (not too finely ground), only then close the capsule with the silicone lid and insert it into the machine. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
