Description

The highest safety standard: Every i-Size car seat must pass strict crash tests - front, rear and side. Better fit - i-size car seats are selected not by weight, but by the height of the child. Safe installation - i-Size car seats must be installed using the ISOFIX system, which is supported by additional safety precautions. The car seat belt alone must not be used. Forward and backward: In Lukas, babies can drive against the direction of travel until they are 87 cm tall. Older children up to a height of 105 cm travel comfortably forward. ISOFIX + support foot: Lukas car seat is mounted with a secure ISOFIX system and a special support foot, which additionally keeps the seat in the correct position. Proven quality: Lukas Autositz has been subjected to a series of internal controls as well as tests in an independent certification laboratory - the TÜV. Full compliance with the i-Size safety standard. Materials of the highest quality: the shell of the car seat is made of a technologically advanced material with excellent energy absorption properties - polypropylene, reinforced with expanded polystyrene (EPS). Side impact protection system: To protect against a side impact, the Lukas car seat is equipped with special sidewalls made of a combination of innovative shock-absorbing materials. The construction is made of strong polypropylene PP, extremely resistant polyamide, reinforced with fiberglass and memory foam - which adapts to the shape of the child's body, guarantees complete protection of the child. The headrest is made of a combination of extremely strong polystyrene foam and high density memory foam. For comfort and safety, the headrest can be freely adjusted to the size of the child with up to 7 adjustment levels. 5-Point belt system ensures the highest level of safety.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
