Summary

Modern version of C2/C3: The Timemore Chestnut C3 Pro newly released in 2022 has not changed the size, but modernised with new S2C steel burrs adopted by the Chestnut X in a smaller 38 mm size. It offers a better grinding performance and ensures that your coffee beans taste optimally thanks to uniform and fast grinding. Foldable handle: the Pro series coffee grinder is equipped with a unique, patented, spring-loaded handle. It prevents the mill from tipping over when it is folded against the housing. And you can easily place it from the worktop to the suitcase. Stepless grinding adjustment: simply turn the rotary knob according to your preferences from finer to coarser grinding level in almost half the setting steps than with C2 (Espresso settings start about 8 clicks backwards from the starting point); you can use this hand mill for everything from espresso to filter coffee and French press. Integrated metal housing for longer durability: the aluminium alloy housing makes the Timemore mill an excellent, lightweight coffee grinder for everyday use, e.g. when travelling or camping. At the same time, the durability is guaranteed by the stainless steel crank, the drive shaft and the conical burrs. Compact, but practical: with a perfect size and a perfect weight of only about one pound (473 g), it is easy to carry and hold, but still has a decent capacity of 20-25 grams. It is enough for preparing one or two cups in daily use.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
