Description

Siena is a modern tableware collection by Van Well. Oblong leaves nestle gently and decorate in two different shades of green, the two tableware in the series. The advantageous set consisting of sugar bowl and milk jug is the ideal addition to breakfast or coffee service and also sets stylish accents on the festive table.

Store sugar or preference in the 7cm tall tin and protect contents thanks to the attractive lid. The round filling body spreads to the ground at a diameter of 9 cm and offers an optimal filling volume of 250 ml (max. 300ml). Total height: 10 cm. Total weight: 250g

Coffee cream or milk is best provided in the matching jug. Up to 220 ml holds the elegant milk pourer. At the top, the milk pitcher has a diameter of 5.5 cm and spreads to the bottom to 7.5 cm in diameter. The filling opening is 4.5 cm wide. Weight: 180g

The thick-walled porcelain is robust, glossy on both sides, easy to clean, food-safe, microwave and dishwasher safe. The material thickness varies between 0.3 - 0.5 cm. Our tip: always allow porcelain to dry completely, so that no moisture build-up occurs.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
