    Description

    Replacement part: the lid is suitable for all pressure cookers from the Sicomatic Classic series with a diameter of 22 cm (3.0 l 4.5 l, 6.5 l and 8.5 l).

    Without the lid, nothing works at all with the pressure cooker. Because the sealing mechanism and rubber ring inside the lid ensure that the pot is sealed water- and airtight. In the handy plastic handle, the switch point sits for the desired cooking temperature. In addition, there is a button to release steam - you should always do this before you open the pot. Silit pressure cooker lids are made of high-quality material - suitable for pressure cookers and the pressure frying pan of the corresponding series.

    already in 1927 Silit invented the first pressure cooker Sicomatic-then a world first. And even though the principle has remained the same, the technology has always evolved over the past 90 years or so. Today, you operate the new Silit Sicomatic econtrol with a handy rotary control located centrally on the handle. You can choose between three adjustable cooking levels – vegetables, fish, meat and stews are steamed to the point or cooked gently. Silit offers the Sicomatic econtrol made of stainless steel and in the nickel-free functional ceramic Silargan, in different sizes (2.5 to 6.5 liters) and colors. Both pots are suitable for all types of stoves including induction and move into the dishwasher after use. The handle can be easily detached from the lid and cleaned by hand. The collection includes various inserts made of stainless steel and porcelain as well as a quick-fry pan without lid.
