Product Safety

The Lorelli Lusso can be used from birth up to 36 kg. The backrest can be adjusted to 4 positions and the headrest can be adjusted to 7 different positions, allowing it to grow with your child. The Lusso offers a soft seat cushion and head cushion and is therefore also suitable for newborns. It also offers sun protection that protects against UV rays and a 5-point safety belt. The child seat offers a SPS side protection system, so that your child is optimally protected against side impact. In the event of an accident, the SPS system reduces the risk of head injuries. Also included are ISOFIX anchor hooks and a top tester to secure the Lusso in the car. Group 0 (0-13 kg): The child seat is installed with the ISOFIX anchor and the Top Tether or the car belt against the direction of travel. Your child is now still in the seat reducer cushion and is fastened with the 5-point safety belt. Group 1 (9-18 kg): the child seat is installed in the direction of travel and attached with ISOFIX or the car strap. The reducer cushion is removed. Your child will be buckled with the 5-point safety belt. Group 2/3 (15-36 kg): the Lusso is attached as in group 1. Your child will now be buckled with the car strap. Attention: The child seat can not be rotated 360 degrees when attached with the car strap.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
