Description

The Artisan 5KSM185 food processor guarantees professional results thanks to sophisticated functions, robust metal construction and a hub for attaching numerous accessories. The original planetary mixer always returns the ingredients back to the centre of the bowl. 10 speed settings ensure fast, thorough and precise mixing. The motor with direct drive in the head transfers the power directly to the accessories and the attachments. The practical accessory hub allows you to chop meat, cut vegetables, rolling and cutting pasta, and many other preparation methods.

With the 185 model, the mixing elements are made of stainless steel, which are all dishwasher safe.

Stainless steel flat stirrer (5KSM5THFBSS): for stirring heavy mixtures such as cakes and mashed potatoes.

Stainless steel whisk (5KSM5THWWSS): for beating eggs, protein, whipped cream and dips.

Stainless steel dough hook (5KSM5THDHSS): for preparing heavy doughs, such as pasta, yeast or sourdough. Made of stainless steel, dishwasher safe.

Stainless steel bowl 4.8L (K5ASB) polished stainless steel bowl with ergonomic handle. Dishwasher safe.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
