Chicco Hip Seat Carrier is the ergonomic and multifunctional baby carrier, which consists of two elements: a rigid base and a baby carrier. The two parts can be used together or separately, creating 3 different products and multiple carrying solutions. Thanks to this versatility, the Chicco hip seat carrier is able to meet both the needs of the child and the parents.
Hip seat carrier: the seat consists of a back part and a support base. In this configuration, the firm base guarantees maximum comfort and a natural sitting position and helps distribute the weight of the child.
Hip seat base: the rigid base, without back, acts as an extension of the hips of the parents. It is ideal for holding baby with one hand and helps parents maintain correct posture.
Baby carrier: without the base, the textile part forms an elegant and traditional carrier, ideal for different needs on the go. The rounded corners of the solid base together with the padded fabric inserts help parents carry the weight comfortably and distribute it optimally to the body. The special shape of the baby carrier is designed to ensure the correct position of the baby's hips, legs and back for healthy growth. Chicco Hip Seat Carrier is also recognised by the IHDI (International Hip Dysplasia Institute) as a "hip health" product, ideal for carrying your baby comfortably. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
