Summary

1. The sling is made of cotton and polyester fibres, which are lightweight, thin, breathable, soft, comfortable and skin-friendly. Suitable for babies, toddlers and newborns from 0-36 months. Weight: approx. 3.5 kg to 18 kg. 2. The baby carrier is ergonomically designed and the cross-shaped straps distribute the weight evenly on the shoulders, back and stomach. This ensures a real multi-point distribution, reduces the strain on the lumbar spine and helps mothers and dads, babies to carry easily. 3. The length of the strap can be adjusted as the baby grows. The buckles for the left and right leg can be adjusted to a suitable length, and many more can choose three wearing modes: hugging at the front, hug at the back and horizontal hugging. This makes babies and parents feel more comfortable. 4. The buttocks have a wider and thickening design, whereby anti-stripping soft pads are used to match the baby's legs, and the baby's legs can be bent naturally without straightening and tightness. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
