With the De-Stressed Serum 4.1 from True North, you can provide the skin with intensive moisture in no time at all. The facial care is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin, and soothes stressed skin immediately. Like all products from the De-Stressed series, the serum also contains the exclusive Aloe Vera Balancing Complex. The innovative complex has a hydrating, soothing and healing effect. It also contains the active ingredient pentavitin, which strengthens the skin's own barrier function and locks moisture in the skin for up to 72 hours. But that's not all: the formula is also enriched with vitamin PP, protective provitamin B5 and an active ingredient called cellintegrity, which relieves irritation and redness and has an antioxidant effect. With the help of vitamin PP, brow spots and other skin imperfections can be reduced. How to Apply True North De-Stressed Serum 4.1 Facial care is applied to the skin daily in the morning and in the evening after cleansing the face, but before moisturizing. Per application, massage a small amount of the product into the skin of the face and neck until completely absorbed. You should avoid contact with the eyes during use. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
