Description

Mivolis Antiallergic nasal spray with the natural Ectoin® reduces the symptoms of runny nose caused by pollen or other allergens (e.g. house dust or animal hair). The symptoms are expressed in the obstruction of nasal breathing, by sneezing stimulus, as well as by the strong secretion of nasal secretions ("runny nose"). Due to the Ectoin® contained in the antiallergic nasal spray, an effective protective complex is formed, which protects against the harmful effects of allergens and relieves allergic symptoms. The nasal spray can also be used preventively. In addition, it promotes the regeneration of the damaged nasal mucosa. Ectoin® is a natural active ingredient derived from microorganisms living in extreme environments (e.g. geysers, salt lakes, Antarctic ice). In order to protect themselves from the extreme environmental factors prevailing there, the microorganisms form the natural substance Ectoin®, whose extraordinary properties can also be used by humans.

Product Safety

Mivolis Antiallergic nasal spray should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to ectoin® or any of the other ingredients of the nasal spray. If allergic reactions occur, the use of Mivolis Antiallergic Nasal spray must be stopped immediately. Do not use if the product is damaged or punctured. To ensure hygienically safe use, each nasal spray bottle should only be used by one person. After opening, do not use for more than 3 months. Pregnancy and lactation: If Mivolis Antiallergic Nasal Spray is used within the intended use, there is no evidence of a particular risk during pregnancy or lactation.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
