With the Iséos Néo+ from Bébé Confort there is real well-being. Class 0+/1: The car seat is equipped with an ultra-soft and padded seat reducer for the first months of the baby. It offers a 10° reinforced tilt for optimum seating comfort. The terry cloth surface is made of 80% cotton and ensures less sweat development. Your child will thank you! The Iséos Néo+ also has a tilting base so that your child can safely travel the first months with their back. The car seat also has the SafeSide side protection, which consists of a double shell made of plastic and polystyrene. The belt tensioner and the new belt guide make it easier to attach the Iséos Néo+ in the car and ensure even more safety for the child. And with the Modulo Safe System, the seat is adjustable in width for increased protection and comfort.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
