Do you need a machine that is up to your customers' coffee consumption? Then the RC-CU9 filter coffee machine from Royal Catering is the right product for you. The coffee machine is not only suitable for making large amounts of coffee, but also for brewing and keeping delicious teas or healthy herbal mixtures. With the 9 litre filter coffee machine, you save time when making large amounts of coffee and give your customers or employees a perfect companion through the day.
The housing of the coffee machine is made of stainless steel, the tap is made of copper. The cool touch handles allow you to move the device comfortably even after brewing. In addition, the stainless steel lid has a locking mechanism so that no hot liquid can be spilled. With a total of 1,200 W, your hot drinks can be heated quickly. The case also helps to keep coffee or tea hot for a long time.
The integrated level indicator shows how much cups of coffee are produced with the filled water. With a capacity of 9 litres, you can fill about 60 cups per brewing process depending on the cup size. As soon as the signal light turns green, the brewing process is complete.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
