With our scarlet espresso tamper »Passion« the tamper can be done quickly and cleanly. Lovers of the simple, functional design will get their money's worth.

The stainless steel tamper base is precision manufactured using CNC machines. With the model with precious wood handle it is then polished to a high shine. The ergonomically shaped handle made of either PVC or precious wood feels comfortable, attaches seamlessly to the Tamperbase. The high weight of the tamper base ensures an ideal balance and supports the very good handling. The tamper base is dishwasher safe, the handle can be unscrewed for cleaning purposes.

The right tamper is a prerequisite for perfect espresso preparation. The taste of the espresso is significantly influenced by this. The cover extracts oils, fats, flavours and aromas from the grinder. The tamper enjoys a often undervalued and extremely important function and is responsible for the perfect compaction of the coffee flour in the strainer. The more thoroughly you prepare the coffee puck, the better the espresso.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
