Description

The proportion of gelée royale in the new Abeille Royale Fortifying Lotion is 25 times higher(1) and thus helps the skin to counteract various stress and pollution factors that can affect its structure and appearance. It is designed for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and helps to regenerate the skin and bring it into balance. The skin is moisturized, supple and radiant. With each passing day, the skin barrier becomes stronger again and the skin becomes more resistant, which protects it from the appearance of visible signs of aging. The effective and sensory formula consists of 98% ingredients of natural origin(2). The fresh and hydrated Fortifying Lotion is the first decisive step to prepare the skin perfectly for the Abeille Royale care ritual and to make the skin receptive. The following care products can be applied more evenly and massaged into the skin. (1) Compared to lotion Nectar de Miel, 2016. (2) According to ISO standard 16128 parts 1 and 2 (calculation including water). The remaining 2% contribute to maintaining the properties and consistency of the formula over time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
