Description

The unicorn® Sauer hair conditioner with refreshing apple scent in combination with the apple hair soap is a 100% natural alternative to conventional hair care. For environmentally conscious people, natural cosmetics fans and those who want to become one! The combination of a basic hair soap with an acidic hair conditioner is time-tested and suitable for all hair types. After applying a hair soap, the unicorn® Sauer hair conditioner closes the cuticle (curticle), provides suppleness, combability and a natural shine. Due to the gel-like consistency and the apple scent, the application is much more pleasant in contrast to a classic apple cider vinegar rinse. The vegan rinse is free of parabens and silicones. unicorn® stands for an environmentally conscious concept- from the content to the packaging, which is why the packaging consists of renewable raw materials (the spruce wood it contains comes from Germany) The material is recyclable and food-safe in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011. Application: Apply to wet hair washed with hair soap and rinse thoroughly immediately.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
