Summary

Therapy accompanying psoriasis – the psoriasis scalp oil offers therapy-accompanying care of your scalp even with eczema and eczema. This is intensively nourished, soothed and protected from dryness and irritation by our scalp serum.
Natural ingredients – we do not use ingredients such as perfume, fragrances, parabens, dyes and alcohols. The scalp against itchy scalp is cortisone free, as in accordance with legal regulations. Instead, we rely on highly effective ingredients from nature, such as moisturising oils, balloon vine extract, vitamin E and 1% of our own made neem leaf extract, which is made from the leaves of our organic certified farm in Paraguay.
Neem leaf extract: The antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin-friendly properties have been confirmed by an in vitro study by Dermatest. The extract is made from the leaves of our organic certified farm in Paraguay and gives the scalp oil its greenish colour.
Easy to use: apply to the scalp once or twice a week, leave to work overnight and rinse in the morning. The practical travel size of 10 ml is perfect for travel or to try out

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
