The Sage water filter increases the life of your espresso machine by protecting it from the harmful effects of limescale deposits. Reliable water filter – the exterior of the filter is made of BPA-free polypropylene. The inner filter element is made of TÜV SÜD certified natural coconut shell activated carbon and food-safe, sodium ion-free resin (based on third party test data) that stabilises calcium carbonate and removes impurities. Compatibility: the water filter for Sage espresso machines. Works with Barista Express (SES875 - Batch 1735 & up), Barista Pro (SES878), Barista Touch (SES880), Oracle Touch (SES990), Oracle (SES980 - Batch 1750 & up), Dual Boiler (SES920 - Batch 1749 & Up), Duo. o-Temp Pro. (SES810 - Batch 1738 & up) Not compatible with the Bambino Plus SES500 and SDC450/SDC400. Please check your existing filter or machine batch code before purchase. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
