Creamy cappuccino, strong espresso or the ideal latte macchiato with particularly creamy milk foam - prepare your favourite coffee easily at the touch of a button via the touch screen or the app. With just one push of a button, you can brew up to 6 tases of coffee directly into a coffee pot with the coffee pot function. The grinding level of the 13 stage, very quiet cone grinder can be manually adjusted according to your taste and type of coffee. 5 preset coffee strengths offer coffee from very mild to very strong. Thanks to the patented milk frothing system, you get the ideal milk foam for every drink. And best of all, cleaning is done automatically by rotary knob. In addition, the components of the milk carafe can be placed in the dishwasher. By the way, the De'Longhi thermoblock heats the water quickly to the ideal temperature. Only as much water is heated as needed for the drink. Thanks to the two heating systems, coffee and milk can be brought to different temperatures at the same time.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
