The Joie Duallo car seat is a strong protector in the car and offers comprehensive comfort for parents and children. For optimal adaptation to the height of the child, the children's car seat has numerous adjustment options. Recommended age: from 3 to 12 years maximum load: from 15 to 36 kg. Use: for toddlers and children. Attachment: with 3-point vehicle belt and optional Isosafe connectors. Weight: 6.50 kg. Direction of travel: forward-facing adapter. Included: without functions: multi-layer safety concept, Guard Surround Safety side impact protection, 10-fold adjustable head rest, AutoAdjust, 3-way adjustable seat belt, comfort adjustment and 10-way ventilation system with Isosafagonal-adjustable head rest. When raising the side wings, the AutoAdjust system extends automatically. This means that the side guide adapts perfectly to the growth of the children. The seat depth can be adjusted to 3 different positions with just one hand for a comfortable sitting position. The child seat has a multi-layer safety concept in which the 3-point car belt takes over the restraint of the passenger. The seat has the Guard Surround System to reduce the amount of energy that occurs in the event of a side impact. This side impact protection can be activated individually on the side facing the vehicle door. It offers comprehensive protection for the head, chest and pelvis. A pleasant sitting climate is achieved by the integrated air circulation system in the seat shell. The comfortable, soft padding of the seat and backrest is particularly breathable. Installing the Duallo can be used in all vehicles with the 3-point car belt and thus offers a high level of comfort.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
