This Ergobaby carrier is suitable for three carrying positions. It can be used from birth without the need for an additional newborn insert. The Ergobaby Adapt has a Velcro fastener in the hip area, with which the stomach carrier can be easily adjusted to the size of the child. Very tight for the little ones, for the older child further outwards, so that your baby always sits in the optimal M position. What does M position mean? Your baby should sit in the baby carrier so that the legs are angled in the back of the knee (from the back the whole thing looks like an M). If the bridge is too long, the legs protrude to the side instead of hanging. If the bridge is too narrow, the thighs already hang down. The optimal M position is important to avoid hip damage. The Ergobaby Adapt grows with you: from week 1 to 36 months. The cross shoulder strap can be individually adjusted to your requirements. The Ergobaby stomach carrier has particularly wide shoulder straps and therefore fits perfectly. You don't have the feeling that the straps slip off the shoulders and are therefore much more relaxed in the neck area. The very wide waist belt also supports your own hips especially in the lumbar region, where many problems have a lot. Inexpensive stomach carriers often only have a much narrower strap and do not support by far as the stomach carriers Ergobaby Omni and Adapt. In addition, there is another cross strap that completes the perfect fit and wearing comfort. So not only your baby has the perfect comfort, but also you! Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
