The ergonomically shaped carrying handles on which the closure system is attached. Sturdy and durable construction. The frame and seat of the server walker can hold up to 150 kg. The TPE laminated wheels are unbreakable and maintenance-free. The design of the frame and the specially shaped anatomical handles ensure optimum comfort for the user. The mobility aid is manoeuvrable, stable and has a small turning radius. Height adjustable. The anatomical, soft handles can be easily adjusted in height. In order to quickly find the correct handle height after transport, numbers are attached to the inside of the handle tubes. The numbering allows you to quickly find the previously set handle height when the handles are completely pushed into the frame for transport. The height adjustment is possible depending on the size of the model from 63 to 102 cm. Shopping bag. The practical shopping bag can be filled up to a weight of 5 kg and can be easily removed. The bag measures 32cm wide, 15cm deep and 28cm high. Tyres: the wheels of the server comfort are particularly soft. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
