Whether you use hot water for brewing tea, coffee, instant dishes or for preparing baby food: with the Melitta Look Aqua you can heat up to 1.7 litres of water in no time at all and now all in the BVB fan edition. The powerful kettle with stainless steel appliqués is a practical helper in everyday life and a real eye-catcher in your home, in the holiday apartment or in the office kitchen. The concealed stainless steel heating element with powerful 2,400 watts of power allows for quick and quiet heating of the water. If you need a little more hot water, the kettle offers you a good reserve, thanks to its large capacity. Stainless steel appliqués provide a high-quality look. The other components of the kettle are made from 100% BPA-free plastic. Please note: BPA (Bisphenol A), a synthetic chemical compound is otherwise part of many everyday products. The electric kettle can be opened at the touch of a button and operated comfortably with one hand. The viewing windows on both sides with easy-to-read water level indicator make measuring easy - ideal for right and left handed users. A blue LED lighting indicates that the kettle is in operation. Economical and safe: the kettle will automatically shut off once removed from the base station (lift switch off function) or the water boils (auto-off). Anti-limescale - In many regions the water is quite limescale. The limescale filter on the spout retains limescale particles and can be easily removed if necessary, e.g. for cleaning. Other features details: 360° base station with cable reel, cordless cooker makes contact with the base station in any position, tested safety; dry running and overheating protection ensures automatic shut-off in case of accidental empty cooking and thus prevents unnecessary consumption of energy.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
