Summary

Do not heat the filled bottle in the microwave. There is a risk of scalding through uneven heating. In the case of closed bottles, the content could release itself explosively. Don't put the bottle on hot hot plates. Check regularly that drinking hole and anti-colic valve are not blocked. Boil the bottle, vacuum cleaner and accessories for 5 minutes before use. Then let cool. Clean the bottle, the accessories and the vacuum cleaners before rinsing with warm water. Cook all parts regularly. The disc cooking time should be 5 minutes. Make sure that there is enough liquid in the pot. Do not clean in the steam pressure pot or in the dishwasher, as this can lead to material damage. For the use of suitable disinfection devices or funds, please follow the manufacturer's instructions to prevent product damage. Examine the bottle and vacuum cleaner before any use. Pull the vacuum cleaner in all directions - especially in dental children - and replace it immediately at first signs of wear (sticky, cracked, swollen) or damage (e.g. bite tracks). Please exchange bottles with cracks or deeper scratches for safety reasons because you could break when used. Depending on the intensity of use for hygienic and safety reasons, do not use drinking vacuum cleaners for more than 4-8 weeks. Do not keep in a disinfection solution for longer than recommended, since the suction part could be damaged. Do not fill the bottle with too hot food. When using carbonated or bubbling drinks, the outlet safety is not guaranteed.

The Rosa Babylove wide neck made of glass has a capacity of 240 milliliters and is suitable for babies from birth. The bottle is made of high quality, robust glass and has an anatomically shaped silicone vacuum cleaner. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
