Summary

Do not use any other care products before use and clean the skin with cold water. With the spatula the bleaching cream (component 1) and the activator cream (component 2) mix in the same ratio in the mixing bowl until the two components are evenly mixed. Then apply the cream to the dismantling hair that all hair is evenly covered. The necessary exposure time of hair reduction cream depends on the skin type. First leave the cream on the body for 5 minutes or 7 minutes and then test the result with the spatula at a small area. If the hair is not yet bright enough, the cream should continue to act for a short time - until the desired result is reached. Please note: The cream on the face should no longer act for more than 10 minutes on the face and no longer than 15 minutes on the body. If there is no side effect after 24 hours, the hair bleach can begin. With this product, the skin may have temporary lightening, but this effect disappears after a few hours. Product Safety

Contains hydrogen peroxide. Wear suitable gloves. Avoid eye contact. Rinse eyes immediately if the product has come into contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of CHILDREN. Do not take. When swallowing, see a doctor directly and show the packaging. Do not apply the hair bleach cream on your head, eyes, eyebrows, nose, ears, chest or nipples, in the genital and anal area, as well as on wounds, spotty, cracked, irritated or burned skin. Also do not use skin that has already shown skin irritation after prior hair bleaching. Avoid sunbathing, swimming or the use of deodorants or other alcohol -based or perfumed products for 24 hours before and after use. There should always be at least 72 hours between two hair bleachers.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
