Description

Wet hair:

1. Smoothing: instantly restores and changes the hair structure. After shampooing, add 2-3 drops of SP Luxe Oil from the middle of the hair length to the tips. The condition of your hair improves after the first use.
2. Softening: protects the keratin and provides long-lasting smoothness. Use the SP Luxe Oil regularly and increase the smoothness of the hair up to 6 times after just 24 hours.
3. Protection: creates an invisible shield for your hair. Apply a small amount of SP Luxe Oil to damp hair, comb it with a comb with wide teeth apart to gently remove residue, then dry the hair.
4. Undercoating: ideal for accentuating curls or thin hair. Before drying, apply 2-3 drops to your hair and give your hairstyle its own character, depending on curls or thin hair.

Dry hair:
5. Moisturising: as a treatment before washing with shampoo. Divide your hair into sections and then add 2-3 drops of SP Luxe oil to your skin and hair. Massage it in and wait 5-10 minutes. Comb the hair and then use SP shampoo and conditioner.
6. Smoothing: provides protection after drying. To tame dry and curly hair, apply a few drops of SP Luxe Oil to the hair after drying. If necessary, repeat the process.
7. Brightening: creates a beautiful shine. For exceptional shine, squeeze 2 drops of SP Luxe Oil and apply to hair before daily styling.
8. Construction: nourishes the hair overnight. Apply SP Luxe oil evenly to the hair before going to bed. In the morning, leave it on the hair or rinse it out.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
